Every staff member was really good! They went out of their way to. Breakfast was good, with homemade granola that was the best!

I missed out on the fine views from a balcony room, which left me feeling a bit disappointed!

Every morning, I loved taking the short stroll to Oranjezicht City Farm to enjoy the lively local market, and I found the peaceful De Waal Park perfect for a relaxing walk amid nature's beauty, making my stay here nice.

I loved that it was just a short walk to De Waal Park where I could enjoy the lush views, and I also found the vibrant Oranjezicht City Farm nearby with a great local market experience. Every staff member was really good, really adding to my weekend adventure here while enjoying the beautiful surroundings in this lovely Luxury King Room, but I wish the hotel had a backup generator during load shedding as it was great.

No backup generator during load shedding is surely a rookie mistake for a so-called luxury hotel. I really expected at least a complimentary gesture for such appalling service.

The staff provided really good service throughout our stay, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The luxury king room offered fine decor that felt both modern and inviting. We particularly enjoyed the amazing mountain view during breakfast.

The lack of a backup generator during load shedding was concerning, especially considering the security risks when the electric fences were down. It really impacted my comfort and peace of mind. I think improved room positioning and enhanced power solutions would go a long way here.

The staff here are so friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. 🌟 Plus, you can enjoy stunning ocean views right in front of you. Everything is just perfect! It's only a quick 22-minute drive to the airport, and there are plenty of great restaurants around here to explore.
